Hunter knew at an early age that the financial world was his passion. As an independent wealth advisor, Hunter works with families to gain a full understanding of their unique goals, needs, and concerns, and then helps them create a customized financial plan designed to provide security and peace of mind. But underneath it all, there must be a foundation of trust, which Hunter knows is a vital part of building relationships and helping clients realize financial freedom.

Being an independent advisor means he will provide services without ever selling a product or taking hidden commissions. He will be 100% unbiased on the investments, he puts his clients in, he will serve as a fiduciary, and put together your Life Plan based on your individual needs. Being a fiduciary advisor is not something Hunter takes lightly. A fiduciary advisor is one who is obligated to act in the best interests of one’s clients, at all times. It adds an extraordinary level of personalized service not always found in other investor-advisor relationships. With his diverse background, he will address the variety of complex investment needs that may arise and customize it to your own unique plan.

Hunter started InvestmentHunter Wealth Services in 2002 after many years of excellent returns in the markets, Trade/Investment newsletters, and many years of experience in Technology companies in various executive jobs. With encouragement from friends/colleagues to make his disciplines and portfolio public he started the company two years after leaving the corporate world. He produced three newsletters, one focused on investing, one on trading, and one that focused on financial planning before moving into wealth management full time. Hunter wrote Financial Planning articles for four of the Dallas/Ft. Worth newspapers, worked on Financial Plans for various private clients, and participated in many seminars and public speaking events. Hunter, was featured in many book signings, marketing his published book “Financial Planning by Made E-Z” at Barnes & Nobles, Books-A-Million, Borders, and Hastings stores across Texas. Hunter has been involved in many businesses and investments using his expertise and background in Finance, Financial Planning, Insurance and Real Estate. Hunter also has an extensive background in sales and marketing after spending over 20 years in the corporate world with IBM Corporation, BMC Software, and Cima Solutions Group, with the last two jobs as CFO and COO. Hunter received his undergraduate degree with a major in Finance at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. Hunter also has graduated from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado and is a Certified Financial Planner Professional. Additionally, Hunter received his Real Estate license when he was 20 years old and later passed the Series 65 before becoming a Registered Investment Advisor. Hunter, obtained his insurance license to be able to help his clients with Long Term Health Care, Disability, and Term Life Insurance.

This is truly the one job that Hunter has always appreciated being a part of, because it helps client’s meet life-long goals. Hunter, has also spent a lot of time mentoring young adults and teenagers, as he believes we do not prepare our future leaders in the important discipline of financial planning. Wealth Management is just as much about being Hunter’s passion, as it is about a career.

As a client relationship specialist, Elizabeth is often the first line of contact for clients. She gets to know her clients’ needs and goals, as well as the aspirations behind them, while collaborating with and supporting her advisory team. She has seen firsthand how partnering with a trusted advisory team, one that puts its clients’ best interests first, can truly foster peace of mind.

In her role, Elizabeth strives to develop outstanding working relationships with all clients, executing new and recurring operational tasks as they arise in an accurate and timely way. Her duties include providing operational support for her advisory team, handling communication between custodians and her advisory team or clients, and researching custodial issues or special projects.

She derives immense satisfaction from delivering a high-touch and personalized experience, a direct result of an approach to service based on honoring each client and with integrity and respect.

Elizabeth earned her bachelor’s degree from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas.
